# Timestamps

Send timestamps in ISO 8601 format, in UTC:

```
2025-02-17T22:52:07Z
```

This applies to every timestamp you send, such as the `date` used to [schedule a message](/guides/sending-messages/#scheduling) or the `created_after` filter on [List inbound messages](/api/inbounds/list/).

Timestamps in responses and [webhook payloads](/guides/webhooks/) are also UTC. Convert them to local time in your application.
